St. Mark’s Episcopal Church is a vibrant, growing parish that welcomes all to worship, love and serve God and our Lord Jesus Christ.  Founded on the belief that our church is to be “free to all, with no distinctions as to wealth, color, race or station,” we strive to be faithful to the inclusive nature of God.  It is our mission to create a community unified by our common Christian heritage, but that also nurtures each individual’s spiritual quest, deepens one’s own relationship with the Lord, and strengthens all to serve.   We believe that through the Gospel and its teachings, God invites each of us into a loving and personal relationship, and we joyfully respond to that call by sharing our time and individual talents for His good works.

The parishioners of St. Mark’s include individuals and families in all stages and from all walks of life.  The majority of newcomers are in their thirties and forties, many of whom are raising young children.  

Visitors are always welcome to attend Eucharists, Church School, or any church event at St. Mark’s.  For those interested in membership, individuals must be confirmed or received into the Episcopal faith.  Members of a different Episcopal church may simply request a transfer of membership to St. Mark’s.   For more information on becoming a member, please email membership@stmarkssouthborough.org
